Problem in zabbix_server.log

When i run the following command:

tail -f /var/log/zabbix/zabbix_server.log

I see the following result..

A new line is being added to the log file almost every second but it is not telling me so much to understand the problem. It is trying all the IP numbers.. Why do I see this error?

Zabbix_agentd is running properly, I checked it.. As I know Zabbix_agentd is the recommended one and zabbix_agent should not be used. Should I specify in a config file or somewhere else saying that I am NOT using zabbix_agent and using zabbix_agentd..?

Can you connect to that IP and port from the zabbix server?

It seems like you have set up auto discovery, and that it is searching out your network, in order to try and find Zabbix clients on any IP address.

Do you know how to disable this auto discovery stuff..? I checked the log file but couldn't see any relevant parameter about the auto discovery option..

Actually.. I assume that it should be disabled by default and I should enable it if I need.. Why is it enabled?

It is disabled in the webinterface under Configuration -> Discovery. It don't think that it is enabled as default, at least I don't recall that.

If you want someone to help you, you are going to have to provide more information other than "My server does not run".

Look through your Zabbix server and Zabbix agent logs and start pinpointing the problem.
