zabbix 1.4.4 Template dependency bug.

After some hours of configuration templates, i can not add all my templates in to host.
I always receive "[ERROR: Conflict between selected templates]"
some templates do have identical items at past, i already erase all this items, but still can not add templates!
I delete all templates from host, delete host, add new host, and still can not add templates.
I few times check templates and can not find any duplicate items.
I export all my templates to xml, and do "sort|uniq -d" and still can not find duplicates.
I think it is a bug in sql tables, where some unused items not really deleted, but web interface do not supply addition info about what is really conflicted!

confirm

Confirm it is a bug,
Have two xml file with templates for eth0 and eth1 interfaces. (and many other for disks, and other)

It not contain any identical key, but it cannot together added to one host.
One hour later, i recheck it: i delete zabbix database, create new, import schema and other distibuted sql files, and import this templates and got same error!

Attachment seems not work trough our proxy, so i post files right there:

P.S.
i do not need so more different templates, if changes to template not kill all changes in hosts.

example:
i have many hosts with different set of disks. sdX, hdX, ....
if i add BIG template with all possible disks to all hosts - it increase traffic to host and agentd cpu usage for checking no sush disks. Then i disable all unneeded items in each host. It seems ok.
But if sometime i need change some description, or severity for hda disk - all (hda) items in all host become overwriten and lost all custom changes.
It make me mad.
