Frontend not starting

Maybe I missed something in the 1.4 doc. but where are the steps for setting up the apache front end to be able to access the web interface? I ran through the DB setup for MySQL and started the server and agent processes but then the doc just points you straight to the http://localhost/zabbix. Am I missing something obvious?

I am aware of the frontends folder in the tarball but there are no instructions in the setup for what to do with it.

You have to move the frontends/php folder to a folder your webserver serves.
