Presence file in directory

I want to check in a directory, if a file is in a directory more 60 minutes but i don't have the name of file. He change every time.

With which item and which triggers ?

I think you'd probably need to write a UserParameter script or one-liner.

My problem is that the agent is a windows ....

And i'm not a very best in C or dos bat.

Another idea ???
