sms send problem modem falcom a1d on ttyS0

Hi
i cant send sms.
i not find one good serial sniffer.

I use Zabbix 1.4.2 on debian etch
The serial port:
crw-rw-rw- 1 root dialout 4, 64 2008-03-31 15:57 /dev/ttyS0
the first settings is:
crw-rw---- 1 root dialout 4, 64 2008-03-31 15:57 /dev/ttyS0
in this state dialout group member zabbix user
my number is set to +36309******
the ansver is:
Error open(/dev/ttyS0) [Permission denied]
Retries left:0
ok change the serials grants 666
change the nubmer is 06309****** (local format)
the ansver is blank.
retries left 3

why?
how to search the problem
i have minicom
what is the method of the sms sending (AT)
on the sim card i witch off the pin query, it works fine.
i call, ring ring ATA , hangup works fine.
please help

no more permission problem.

cmee2 say :error sms.c writed.
ok maybe
i write sms.c option cflag plus B9600
