Host Item to CISCO display as Not Available

Hi All,

I have created host item which point to cisco switch with it's ip.

However the Available column shows that it is "Not available".

If I change the cisco switch SNMP community string to PUBLIC. Then the Available column becomes "Available".

Our cisco switch have different SNMP community string name. I don't want to change existing SNMP community string to PUBLIC as it is use by others for security reason.

Could anyone highlight how to get this fix?
