New Media types do not work

hello all:
I install zabbix 1.4.5 in centos 5.1 (vmware)
all work well but New Media types
i have a script in /home/zabbix/bin/ called sms (it's software can send me the sms)

i set the actions and see HISTORY OF ACTIONS
all the messages are sned bu i did not receive one

You could look in the Zabbix server log, but I don't think you'll find anything there as the event list already showed that the messages were sent. It doesn't look like a Zabbix error. I suggest you modify your sms script to log what it's doing.

i do not see anything in the zabbix_server.log about the char

Try using the full path for sms. Make sure it's accessible for the zabbix user.

i see the manual the Action have an option "repeat" but i can no see it on my webconsole

All errors by the sms's path
i give the full path in the script all solved
but in Action attributes:I can not find below options to set

Repeat Send repeat messages. ZABBIX stops sending
repeated messages if the trigger changes its status.

Number of repeats Number of repeated messages to send.
Delay between repeats Delay (in seconds) before sending next repeat
message.

Zabbix no longer supports repeated actions. It says so in paragraph 2.2, but the writer didn't remove the instructions you've read. Repeats will apparently be back in 1.6.
