passive zabbix-agent checks aren't triggering

Good day all,

Recently our zabbix server ran out of memory and swap and postgresql crashed. Since then any check configured as a passive zabbix agent check isn't receiving data. I can't find any errors at any log level that are related.

If I change the checks to active zabbix-agent checks they work fine. I assume there must be something set wrong in the database so the passive checks are never being triggered however I am not sure where to look.

Any help/advice much appreciated.

Just thought I'd add that we're running 1.4.4. I've tried compiling and using the 1.4.5 binary however experience the same issue.
