Action Time Periods changed in 1.4.5

I just upgraded to v.1.4.5 and I'm changing names in Configuration of Actions.
After the upgrade, the names turned into numbers, so I am changing the numbers into names. Then I found that I couldn't save one action with a time period.

1.1.7 this worked fine:
1-6,00:00-23:59;7,00:00-22:55;7,23:10-23:59

1.4.5 error:
Incorrect period [1-6,00:00-23:59;7,00:00-22:55;7,23:10-23:59]

I'm skipping a time period due to a server reboot or service restart, etc. In the manual, 1.4 Release 012, still says dd-dd,hh:mm-hh:mm;dd-dd,hh:mm....

Do I need to break it into OR/AND?

You could try:
