Zabbix Integration with CloudAware Voicecast
The integration adds a Voicecast webhook media type to Zabbix, so alerts reach the responsible people as audio calls on their (mobile) phone. This is especially useful for organisations without a 24/7 SOC.
The alert message is converted to speech with text-to-speech on the fly, which leaves full freedom in how each spoken message is worded. Zabbix keeps control of who is notified, for which severities, during which active periods and with which escalation steps; Voicecast places the call.
