Complete monitoring for mailcow-dockerized: Postfix, Dovecot, Rspamd, ClamAV, container health, TLS certificates, DNS records and a mail-flow anomaly check. A root collector writes a JSON file the agent reads, so it needs no Docker access and no sudo.
