integer/array screen.get(object parameters)
The method allows to retrieve screens according to the given parameters.
(object) Parameters defining the desired output.
The method supports the following parameters.

| selectUserGroups | query | Returns user groups that the screen is shared with in userGroupsproperty. | 
| selectScreenItems | query | Return the screen items that are used in the screen. | 
| sortfield | string/array | Sort the result by the given properties. Possible values are: screenidandname. |
