Zabbix server is running: No

Olá, instalei o Zabbix 3.0 no Ubuntu 14 ontem, correu tudo bem e até adicionei alguns hosts.
Hoje adicionei vários outros hosts e, agora, na Dashboard, o parâmetro "Zabbix server is running" está como "No".
Se eu der o comando "service zabbix-server start" ele volta a rodar e fica "Yes", mas em 1 minuto ele para novamente e fica "No".

Em "Administration / Queue" dá a seguinte mensagem:
Connection to Zabbix server "localhost" refused. Possible reasons:
1. Incorrect server IP/DNS in the "zabbix.conf.php";
2. Security environment (for example, SELinux) is blocking the connection;
3. Zabbix server daemon not running;
4. Firewall is blocking TCP connection.
Connection refused

Em relação a essas possíveis razões acredito que está tudo ok, pois até poucas horas atrás estava rodando.
O que pode ser? O Zabbix tem limite de hosts / itens / trigger?

POSTA O LOG com o crash

/var/log/zabbix/zabbix_server.log ??

Limite de hosts não tem , mas pode ser algum parametro que passou do limite e ouve crash na aplicação , ja tive esse problema com Configuration Cache..

Buenas, yo también tengo el problema de que no me inicia el servicio y me está dando errores como a los compañeros.
Al entrar en zabbix me dice que el server que no está respondiendo.
Es un ubuntu 18.04 y un zabbix 4.0

Os importa si os paso la configuración que tengo y me decís si tengo algo mal?

Ya he dado con la solución del problema.
Tenía el agente y el server apuntando al mismo puerto, por lo que he cambiado al zabbix server al 10050 y todo ha comenzado a funcionar.
Espero que a alguien le sea de ayuda.
