can not monitor zabbix mysql server

I have setup an HA zabbix server with two GUI & server cluster nodes and one mysql server. Everything works fine but I am not able to monitor Mysql server. I have followed the instructions of MySQL for zabbix agent template and I take the following error:Preprocessing failed for: ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'zabbix'@'zabbix-db' (using password: NO)
1. Failed: cannot extract XML value with xpath "/resultset/row[field/text()='Aborted_clients']/field[@name='Value']/text()": cannot parse xml value: Start tag expected, '<' not found
but I am not using zabbix user anywhere!
any help please???

finally , the problem was that the template could not read the .my.cnf file, I had to change the home directory of zabbix user, that is responsible for running the agent service, to the path that .my.cnf file is located.
