Hello folks,

I'm monitoring a server called TEST with Zabbix agentv2. My Zabbix server version is 6.2
I set up my Zabbix agent config file with the IP addresses of my new Zabbix server and my old Zabbix server version 3.2
I would like to monitor my server TEST on both zabbix server meanwhile I finish the migration process, but looking the zabbixagent2 log file I get the following error from the ip address of the old Zabbix server
failed to process an incoming connection from 10.20.20.4: Message is using unsupported protocol.

How can I fix it? Thanks in advance.

Do you mean you have configured Zabbix 6.2 agent to access Zabbix 3.2 Zabbix server? That combination is not supported. If Zabbix server is 3.2, use Zabbix agent version 3.2 or earlier.
