system.run still forbidden after allowing through AllowKey=system.run[*]

Hello,

I am trying to implement an item using the system.run key.
I added AllowKey=system.run[*] to a hosts agent configuration file, but the agent reports:

But I cannot find what other rules above forbid the client from using system.run?
All the configurations above AllowKey dont seem like they have anything to do with it?
My agent configuration file is attached.

Please let me know if you need any more information

Nvm, figured it out. Someone snuck in a plugin.d conf file that contains DenyKey=system.run[*]. Dont know why the error says "above" when these conf.files are loaded at the very bottom of the original conf file, far under my AllowKey, but it works now so idc.
