    With which CRM/TTS do you link ZABBIX?

    Hi all,

    I was wondering: we are all using ZABBIX, but some of us have probably already linked their ZABBIX installs with other CRM/Ticket Troubleshooting System ? Which ones ?

    If you done so, how did you proceed?

    At work, we linked some of ours ZABBIX 1.0 installations with APPLIX (www.applix.com), using formated mail templates, a custom 'data injector' (into applix databases). We wanted just to create a new ticket each time a given trigger is 'on', and defined this mail template as action on the trigger (we're still using 1.0).

    We plan to link to Remedy (www.remedy.com) one of this days.

    On a related note, a question for all involved in integration with CRM/TTS, what new macros you'd like to see which may help the integration process?

        Ha, already implemented in 1.1.2. It expands to character representation of the severity, i.e. "disaster". Is it what you need? Perhaps numeric as well?

            TRIGGER.URL should be a good thing to, to help link to the CRM's Knowledge Base.

            Possible for 1.1.3 Sir? :-)
