I was wondering: we are all using ZABBIX, but some of us have probably already linked their ZABBIX installs with other CRM/Ticket Troubleshooting System ? Which ones ?
If you done so, how did you proceed?
At work, we linked some of ours ZABBIX 1.0 installations with APPLIX (www.applix.com), using formated mail templates, a custom 'data injector' (into applix databases). We wanted just to create a new ticket each time a given trigger is 'on', and defined this mail template as action on the trigger (we're still using 1.0).
We plan to link to Remedy (www.remedy.com) one of this days.
