... I think. I ran the following sql:

update triggers set value=0 where status=0 and value=2;

where I *think* i set the status back from unknown to good on any trigger on the master node that's not in some kind of error state.

i have followed the steps by you
Now i have a process zabbix_agentd.exe running as system user in task manager.
I have configured the Host in zabbix server and added windows template for that.

Hi Tighep. Thankyou for your suggestion.

I figured out that the OR'ing of C D E F drives works fine. The reason the boxes were grey was that none of my hosts had all four CDEF drives. There were random combinations of CDE CDF CD etc.

Can you think of any way to handle...

I got a trigger on host status. When the server is on, no problem, the trigger is green. But when the server shutdown, the trigger is grey... not red ! Where does the problem come from ?

An update: 1 of the monitored servers is working well... server is down, host unreachable status is red and the other data is grey. I think this is the correct work of Zabbix, but I'm trying to find wheter is the error on the others

I have a similar problem. Almost 10 of 30 servers has the alarm "Server {HOSTNAME} is unreachable" on the dashboard on grey status, instead of green / red status. I don't know why those items are not updated.

In Monitoring -> Triggers you have various Status types such as:

OK
Blinking Ok
UNKNOWN,
PROBLEM


And in Monitoring -> Overview tab there are colors like Blinking dark grey...
