Zabbix Proxy and ServerActive

I'm trying to set up a proxy and according to the Zabbix 2.2 manual i need to set the ServerActive= in the Agent Configuration file. i went through the zabbix_agentd.conf file and i did not have the fields to enter the ServerActive. is that something i need to add and is it just:

As you can see from the version we are running our Zabbix has been running fine for a couple years now, but after a few harddrives ran out of space the SQL are not happy anymore.
Nothing is updating and the log show the eventid's is reset to 1 every time we restart the zabbix...

We are noticing an oddity in the frontend in 2.2.4 and 2.2.5, though it’s not present in 2.2.3. We’ve tested pretty extensively. I’ve looked through this forum as well as the Zabbix JIRA and not found a report of a similar issue.
