Failed to start Zabbix Agent (Ubuntu 16.04)

Now I'm getting this error in my server, and the errors like these :

Hello Zabbix Community,

I have a problem, which has been posted multiple times before, but none of those solutions worked for my scenario.

My Zabbix server, hosted by a "Cloud Provider" is running perfectly, but there are ALOT of the above mentioned errors popping...

Zabbix Server 1.8.10
Ubuntu 11.10 Oneiric

The following command when run on the node returns that agent is reporting the XYZ user flags:
zabbix_agentd -p | grep mysql.ping
mysql.ping ...

There are a lot of keys that are supposed to be supported that returning ZBX_NOTSUPPORTED

For instance

zabbix_server$ zabbix_get -s {our_dns_server} -k 'net.udp.listen[53]'
ZBX_NOTSUPPORTED


zabbix_server$ zabbix_get -s {our_web_server} -k 'net.tcp.listen[80]'...

1. Zabbix 1.6.4 on Ubuntu 9.10 apparently successful install.
2. Windows experience not Ubuntu.
3. zabbix_agentd.log error:
1570:20100416:181313 No active checks on server: host [zabbix.server] not found
4. zabbix_server.lob error:
1565:20100416:181313 Listener failed...
