Best alternative for local Zabbix installation VMs, Docker containers, or Kubernetes?

3. Kubernetes Cluster

my actual setup, i have 3 enviroments (dev,test,prod) connecting all to the same zabbix server directly. My problem is now, that if some hosts in the test enviroment are not responsive and queuing data, some checks in my prod env. also not respond.
