Best alternative for local Zabbix installation VMs, Docker containers, or Kubernetes?

Hi everyone,
I am new to Zabbix and would like to know the best alternative for installing Zabbix in a production environment with a substantial data load. I am considering the following options:

1. Virtual Machines (VMs)
2. Docker Containers
3. Kubernetes Cluster

My priorities are maintaining performance, ease of maintenance, and cost-effectiveness. I would appreciate any advice on which of these options would be the best fit for a production environment with a significant amount of data.

You can call me biased, but... VM-s. Anything else just adds complexity and dependencies...
