False alerts on interface monitoring for Nexus devices

We have a handful of Nexus devices that we monitor. Lately we have been getting so strange false alerts on the interface traffic capacity. From what I can tell there is no reason they alerts should be going off. Here is the trigger definition:

I am having tough time in getting this icmppingsec/icmpping work for the added hosts. There's this weird issue where for hosts zabbix reports its not reachable - via alert - where, when i right click and select ping from the dashboard host seems to be reachable.

Zabbix agent on hostname is unreachable for 5 minutes

port is opened, even firewall is shut down.

Sending zabbix_get -s 10.0.1.50 -p 10050 -k agent.ping
works fine.
