Потребовалось тут помониторить MySQL, работающую на FreeBSD (релиз 10.3, но это не принципиально). Делаю всё, как по писаному: include в zabbix_agentd.conf, в указанную там zabbix_agentd.conf.d копирую userparameter_mysql.conf, правлю в нём HOME под актуальный....
