Is there a quicker way to update Item Interval's?

I want to increase the update interval for items in a template. I would full clone the template to make a new one. On the new template is there a quicker way to update the Item Interval or do I have to go into each item and change the interval?

I find that it seems the default period for zabbix item is weekday(monday,tuesday...) not a certain day (2018-01-06,etc.) Anyone can advise how to set the item check by certain day?...

Current Scenario:

1) I have a host with a item that gets checked every 5 mins and a trigger on failure
2) Sometimes we get a single failure, this then stays in a failed state for 5 mins...

I have a data which I only need to collect once a day, then I specified 86000 on Item interval.
But I didn't find anything to control when item will be collected first.
I would like that value is collected once a day during the morning, but didn't found such specification...
