Item configuration for long intervals

Hello,

I have a data which I only need to collect once a day, then I specified 86000 on Item interval.
But I didn't find anything to control when item will be collected first.
I would like that value is collected once a day during the morning, but didn't found such specification on documentation.

Think you can use flexible intervals
