    Hi,
    What I'm trying to achieve is tree-structured monitoring of company's process using IT Services and also calculate SLA.
    I want to be able to see(monitor) all of the issues in my tree but only some of them should affect my SLA.
    Problem is - ZABBIX only shows you triggers above...

    Hello!

    I'm a Zabbix user for more than two years now, but only recently we decided to use IT Services to monitor our service's SLA.

    I'm having an issue that I can't tell if it is a normal zabbix behavior or if it is some king of misconfiguration or error.
