High memory usage on Zabbix proxy

My Zabbix proxy constantly experiencing high memory usage with barely any addition of devices. At first we set the proxy to 8GB or RAM but then later upgraded to 16GB due to high memory usage. Even then, Zabbix proxy keep chewing on memories like not even after a day, the memory consumption is already...

i have a problem with my zabbix server. It restarts in random moments with this error: [file:json.c,line:101] zbx_realloc: out of memory. Requested 134217728 bytes. <- No other information in log.


My zabbix server:
Version 6.0.20
Ram: 512 GB...

After adding the hosts, zabbix throws an error:

I need to monitor the real available (free) memory over SNMP from Linux server but I have still the utilization for over 95%.
I know how the linux work with the memory, but I don't know how should I get the real free (available) memory information as I see it directly in de system....
