Top 5 CPU and Memory consuming process

I have CPU and Memory monitoring enabled on all my servers, now I need to know the TOP 'n' Processes's that are consuming along with CPU and memory Alert.

If any of you genius has done it, please share with me your experience.

Did you manage to find a way to do it?

I have a similar requirement to trigger alert if cpu utilisation of any 1 process is above 90%.

For Linux I am using system.run key and for Windows I have place powershell along with agents and thus getting the top process utilized.

Is there a way to when cpu load of a server is triggered that the alert message itself include the top 5 process names and utilization for each be included in the alert message?

I very recently got a request for this same thing. Can you maybe write a short description of how you do this? I am not very clear on how using the system.run key would get the linux processes, and more importantly, how to get the powershell script to trigger and add the results to the notification.
