Unable to update Zabbix Agent on OpenSUSE Tumbleweed from 6.0.31 to 7.0.x

I have been trying unsuccessfully on a couple of VM's to update my Zabbix agent on Tumbleweed from the old working version I have (6.0.31) to a version 7 build. Whenever I try to install the newer version after updating my repos I get the following error message:

'nothing provides 'liblber-2.4.so.2()(64bit)'...
