We started receiving and still receiving many "Zabbix agent unreachable" alert followed by resolved notification mostly from proxy servers
Hosts monitored under proxies also experience agent unreachable issue.
Upon checking, proxy & agent services...

I`m new in Zabbix and i want to try to replace my Nagios XI solution to other one like Zabbix which is the best choose at this moment for me.
I`m trying to find solution to monitor my hosts of ping and inform me if some units is down, but i wouldnt want to categorize... -

I need big help.
I'm using zabbix 1.8.13 ver. And when confronted with a problem. I need more severity than those that have zabbix (not classified, Information, Warning, Average, High Disaster), perhaps there is a way to have or make another saverity?
