I`m new in Zabbix and i want to try to replace my Nagios XI solution to other one like Zabbix which is the best choose at this moment for me.
I`m trying to find solution to monitor my hosts of ping and inform me if some units is down, but i wouldnt want to categorize as problem or display it on the last 20 issues.
In dashboard i would like to see Host Status and there see this notified as problem, but instead of Last 20 issues.
I`m monitoring different equipment (electronics devices but not switches, routers) and for me if some units is unavailable it`s normall situation (becouse user decided to switch device off or the switched device will be run a little bit later)
One of the solution which i`m thinking was:
- change Template ICMP Trigger Severity to Not classified
- in Dashboard shows only the rest of Severity Trigger instead of Not Classified
But in that case Host Status and System Status is displaying that everything is OK and this is not my goal.
