Vmware monitoring Performance counter is not available

I have got trouble monitoring my vmware virtuals machines. The item about disk management are in "not supported" state because "Performance counter is not available"

Need help , it is necessary that the data would be cached in zabbix agent (or even both - then ) and channel drop ( lost internet ) , kept in the memory , or the file and passed to the server when the channel renewal (Internet appeared ) .
How this can be done ??

In 2.4, the 3 schema (schema.sql, images.sql and data.sql) were provided separately. This was helpful as only 1 is allowed for Proxy servers - schema.sql.
