I need to upgrade Zabbix5LTS to a newer version, due to potential vulnerabilities in the near future...

old server: rhel 8 + zabbix 5lts + mariadb 10.3
new server: rhel 9 + zabbix 7lts + mariadb 10.5

I tried fresh install os + zabbix7lts + db export/import....
