DBforBIX 0.4 has been released, easily monitor Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL,MSSQL,DB2
DB2 and MSSQL still in progress and are not completed yet.

Problem with dbforbix in support mysql before 5.1.2 and after 5.1.2

After 5.1.2 table_cache became table_open_cache

This makes dbforbix have an unsupported item when running against mysql > 5.1.2

innodb items in template

Hi,

Just playing around with dbforbix and was expecting a few more items for innodb. There is only five, but when I look at the mysqlquery.props there are 45 queries for innodb.

Has the templated just not caught up yet, or is this a mistake?

Thanks for your work, great tool, I've been using orabix for a while and look forward to merging it all into one and having similiar nice graphs for MySQL as we do for Oracle

I currently have a problem with dbforbix :
Ready to run DBJob for dbname ->cody3-orat10g

[pool-1-thread-43] ERROR DBforBIX - Error on dbJob for database cody3-orat10g QueryList error: org.apache.commons.dbcp.SQLNestedException: Could not retrieve connection info from pool
[pool-1-thread-43] INFO DBforBIX - Done with dbJob on database cody3-orat10g QueryList elapsed time 103 ms

Mainly, the problem is that Dbforbix seems to create a lot of connections on the Oracle DB.
I upgraded from 0.3 to 0.4 but it didn't solve my problem.

I'm having problems connecting to an oracle database with ver 0.3. Here is the error output:

My config matches the install instructions so I'm at a loss to understand what the daemon is objecting to. A more specific error message would help.
