SNMP Template with {{HOST.HOST}:ifAlias[{#SNMPINDEX}].last(0)} not working

I'm creating a template for a switch using a discovery rule via SNMP. When I create the prototype graph I use {{HOST.HOST}:ifAlias[{#SNMPINDEX}].last(0)} in the graph name. What I read everywhere is that this is possible but at my zabbix installation it is not working. In the graph name all my graphs are stated with *UNKNOWN* (see screenshot)

I'm running zabbix 2.2.1 on a centos server. Does anybody have an idea where to start to look to fix this problem?

    Regards,

As there is said in documentation, "Value Marco" format is:
        {Host name::key.function(parameter)}
as you can see on both screen you sent, there is no key defined: ifAlias[{#SNMPINDEX}] in Item prototype.
        but there is key:
        ifAlias[{#SNMPVALUE}]

the key MUST BE the same. So you have to use the same key in both forms.

        Bests,
        Grzegorz

you are right, I have tested it earlier with {#SNMPVALUE} but I forgot to revert it back. Now I have reverted it back to what it should be and now it is partly working, in the drop down menu the correct name is displayed but in the graph name itself is still stated *UNKOWN*

I've checked on my own Zabbix server, have the same.
            This is probably bug.
Go to Jira https://support.zabbix.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa and create new ticket.

It's weird, because I have no problem with the same configuration of Zabbix graphics.

I had a problem with *UNKNOWN* instead of ALIAS part when I forgot to configure aliases for interface on switch.

what comes before the word value? at the beginning.

Do you know how to put the same name in the chart? as in your example?

                        Thanks for your help

                          I don't understand your question
I gave you my Graph prototype name and Graph which was created from prototype.
DO you ask about something else?

was a mistake. I formulated the question wrong. now have everything working.

                            Thank you so much.

I have just updated my zabbix to version 2.2.2 and it everything works now as expected (I didn't have the time to create the bug, but now it is fixed I don't have to anymore)

                              Thanks, for your help.
