Scheduled Shutdown order on low UPS battery levels

Hi all
I'm new to Zabbix and i wanna ask how to configure Scheduled Shutdown .In my environment we have a proxmox VE and we have a bout 10 VMs . I need to know how to apply the following shutdown order :

1. When UPS battery reach 20% shutdown VM1
2. When UPS battery reach 15 % shutdown VM2
3. When UPS battery reach 10% shutdown Proxmox VE server .

All VMs with Linux OS . CENTOS - UBUNTU we have one windows VM for one application only .
