Update; I received an email from microsoft regarding these failures, it had no additional information, just failed.

Solved; I just realized there is a more appropriate "MS Teams Workflow webhook" version, entered that and it works.

Zabbix documentation says that the "{DISCOVERY.DEVICE.IPADDRESS}" macro is supported in "notifications and commands".
