How can I integrate Cisco Switch View into Zabbix's Dashboard?

Recently, I had managed to setup and implement the usage of Zabbix into my corporate's network. The objective was to monitor our 20x Cisco C9200L-48T-4G Switches due to history of experiencing port-disabled, sign of auto-negotiation issues as well as link-down. These issues has since been stabilized as compared to previous months.

Hence, I am looking to integrate the Cisco Switch View (refer to Fig 1) into the Zabbix's dashboard.

May I know how can it be done? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hi. what you could do is to use the maps function and import a blanc picture as you are showing without the colours (gray) and import them as an background picture and overlay the port status with an symbol and assign the different status with different colours.

and than on you dashboard use the widget function to show the map.

i think you need to create a map for every device or photoshop 20 switches into one background pichture and import this as a background picture in the maps .

    idea ??
i did some thing simulair with years ago.

    good luck.

      Hi pa5nt,

Thank you for your suggestion on the map function.

On the discussion forum, I did mention about the port-disabled, sign of auto-negotiation, as well as the link-down.

What are your thoughts on using CISCO-ERR-DISABLE.MIB for monitoring such status? If so, how can I go about it to import the MIB?

      Would appreciate your assistance again.

      Thank you.

mib2zabbix to create templates from MIBs. There's a bit of a learning curve but I've used it a few times to create my own templates.
