I recently activated Zabbix cloud service. I've successfully connected SNMP and Agent2 agents, except from our datacenter. I'm having trouble getting a Windows server to connect to the cloud server.
The following error appears in the host log file:
"cannot connect to [ourserver.zabbix.cloud:10051]: dial tcp :0->serverip:10051: connectex: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond."
I've tried resolving the issue by:
• Verifying outbound port 10051 is not blocked by firewall.
• Using the FQDN.
• Ensuring proper case for HOSTNAME.
• Increasing the connection timeout to 30.
• Changing host interface to outbound public IP.
• Reinstalling Agent2.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
