Hi I have the following SLA setup situation:
Mail Services [MIN]
----South Mail Services [MIN]
--------Mail Server 1 [NOT CALCULATED]
--------Mail server 3 [NOT CALCULATED]
----North Mail Services [MIN]
-------Mail Server 2 [NOT CALCULATED]
-------Mail Server 4 [NOT CALCULATED]
when a trigger is enabled on Mail Server 1 the status is still set to OK on the Mail Services and South Mail Services except on Mail Server 1 where the status is set to 'Serious Problem'. I would have thought with the MIN algorithm that when the status of the "Mail Services" and the "South Mail Services" would change. Is this a bug or have i done something wrong? Also even the "SLA for last 7 days" for mail server 1 is still set to 100% even though the trigger has been on for 10mins.. could there be something corrupt somewhere along the way?
thanks
