Guidelines for 2.x translation

Hi,

I contribute to Zabbix 2.0 French translation and I have seen on pootle that there are now two projects: "Zabbix 2.0" and "Zabbix trunk".

2.0 French translation is not yet complete.
How are translations synchronized between these branches ?
In other words, should I continue to contribute to "Zabbix 2.0" or switch to "Zabbix trunk" ?

unfortunately, there currently is no support in pootle for "synchronous" translation between multiple projects, so the translations pretty much have to be done individually.
although i would expect that exporting po file and loading it in another project should sync the translations that are the same, i don't know what will happen with missing strings - and i haven't tested that

Sorry to insist but will future 2.0.x Zabbix releases use translations from "Zabbix 2.0" or "Zabbix trunk" ?

all 2.0 releases will come from 2.0 branch (that includes translations as well); trunk will have further major releases branched off it (like 2.2)
