zabbix_server fails after adding host

New installation of v1.1alpha6 on SuSE 9.2

After installing if I bring up theadministration tool and add a host ( same machine the server and db are located on ) the server process dies.

simple check

I see from other posts that there is a problem with the 'simple' check. That is the one that I picked for testing because it sounded, well, simple. Will trying picking some other test.

Yeah, you got bit by that. It will be fixed in a7, which Alexei was hoping to get out yesterday, so we should see it soon.
