zabbix scheduled reports blank pdf

hi everyone,
we are using zabbix server 6.0.13. At the same time, there are 2 proxy servers in the environment. We have configured the necessary settings in the report schedule, but the incoming reports are empty. In the report content, it says "404 page not found".
Can you help with the subject?
