Triggering Applications

Is there a possibility to monitor all the applications with just one trigger?
I'm monitoring a few windows services, which I put under the Application: Services.

I'd like to monitor these services with a trigger like this:
{<hostname>:service_state[<servicename>]. last( 0 ) }#0
As I'm adding up to 10 or 20 services, different for every server, and they all need the same rule. I'm wondering if there is a possibility.

I've looked over the forum but couldn't find anything who knew the solution or the answer.

You can create a script that makes sure all services that are set to auto are running. I think there are examples online.
