I have a slight issue with 1.6.4. I've got a generic action template set up to e-mail our support team which uses a different template for a problem and a recovery.
However when the trigger returns to OK, the recovery template is not used and the "problem" template is still sent out.
Also in the "escalation history" macro, the "problem started" line's time/date is set to when the problem was resolved, not when it was first noticed.
Is this a bug?
