Zabbix with httpd.conf

Dear Frineds,

I have installed zabbix on RHEL 5.

I have completed the installation of the zabbix server and agent on the server
created the zabbix DB in mysql and modifed the db.inc.php file

but i don't have nay idea about what to put in httpd.conf file for the zabbix webpage.


I had copied all .php file to my DocumentRoot /var/www/html

cp -r /tmp/zabbix-1.6.5/frontends/php/* /var/www/html

what sholud i put in DirectoryIndex paramemter of the httpd.conf file

Hi,

Not sure that you need to edit db.inc.php, more likely you mean zabbix.conf.php
Which, on your system, is probably in /var/www/html/conf/ or maybe /var/www/html/zabbix/conf
that will tell zabbix your db details.

Shouldn't be necessary to edit httpd.conf
