We have our system setup so servers report to our Zabbix server actively... and this works very well, easy to setup new hosts etc. However, we have the requirement to measure temperature which requires HP Insight.
My question is, how can I measure temperature using an 'Active' style check, rather than the SNMP HP Insight template setup in Zabbix?
Can I add a custom UserParameter to the zabbix agent, which would allow it to report actively to the Zabbix server?
