    Linux vfs.fs.size and reserved blocks

    Hello,

I'm experimenting with Zabbix on Linux and having some difficulties with triggers on vfs.fs.size pused.
I would like a trigger when a filesystem is filled for 80%.
Now I get this trigger when a df shows 85% because of the 5% reserved blocks.

Is there a workaround or patch so vfs.fs.size pused reads the same value as a df, ignoring the reserved blocks?

    Thanx

    Hi!
    Thank you for your question.
The difference in the outputs of the "vfs.fs.size[/,pused]" and df command should be fixed in the 1.8 version. Zabbix v1.8 should be released today, actually till the tomorrow's morning. Now "df" command and item "vfs.fs.size[/,pused]" will show the same values.

      Thanks for your answer.

I'll try 1.8 as soon as bug ZBX-1459 is resolved.
Meanwhile I've created a patch for 1.6 so pused shows the same value as a df.
